Vision 360 launched in Orlando, Florida in 2004 and is built on a highly successful churchplanting model with a 90 percent success rate. After four years, 15 churches have been planted. Four of these churches are ready to begin multiplying and planting daughter churches. This effort has since branched across the country. In fact, Vision 360 is now in 15 cities across the US. What began as a ministry focused on Central Florida and staffed accordingly, quickly became a national effort and is now in the early process of identifying and beginning international outreach in 500 global cities.

Al Weiss
As the son of a church planter, Al Weiss witnessed firsthand the difference that churches make in
peoples’ lives and in the fabric of communities. In his professional life, Mr. Weiss is the President of
Worldwide Operations, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. In his “passion life,” Mr. Weiss serves as the
Chairman & Co-Founder of Vision 360.
Steve Johnson
Co-founder and President of Vision 360, brings ministry leadership as a pastor and nationally
recognized church planter. Mr. Johnson is also the co-founder of TeAmerica, a church-planting ministry
that has started over 500 churches across the US.
Leonard Buhler
Has served as the President of Power to Change in Canada since 2003. Formerly an entrepreneur in
the agriculture industry, Mr. Buhler continues to bring a renewed and relevant perspective to Christian
ministry, passionate about taking people on Faith Adventures to spiritually reproduce. Mr. Buhler also
serves on the Vision 360 Global Board as a visionary and a servant leader.

Harvey Trauter - National Catalyst
Vision 360 Canada was launched as a ministry of Power to Change in January 2009 under the direction
of Harvey Trauter. Harvey’s vision to plant city-impacting churches in major Canadian cities is drawn
from his vast personal experience in church planting, coaching and mentoring church planters. Harvey
and Arlene have personally planted several churches in Alberta and partnered and coached church
planting in Europe.
Clive Stanley - Catalyst
Clive has acquired a wealth of business expertise within several sectors, namely hospitality, hotels,
resorts, restaurants, franchising and information technology. Clive has sought to use all his diverse
gifts, talents and experience to glorify God through providing leadership to ministries and the Church
through structure, communications, system implementation and experienced guidance.
Pat Bryan - National Prayer Catalyst
Pat's heart and vision is to see prayer ignited in the hearts of people and a network of churches united
through prayer. Pat is also the Director of Prayer Ministries for the PAOC, B.C. District and founder of
His Path Christian Centre, a ministry dedicated to mobilizing prayer. Prior to entering ministry, Pat was
in business for 13 years, providing paralegal, court recording and office services to professionals and
business people.

Neal Diamond - City Catalyst, Vancouver
Neal comes to Vision 360 with a blend of business and ministry experience. His unique ability to be
able to translate between the Christian business community and the church allows him to fulfill his
passion of seeing these two communities work together to expand God's Kingdom. Neal brings with
him an ability to train and grow people in their spiritual and personal development journey.

Jon Osmond - Regional Catalyst
Jon comes to Vision 360 in May 2009 with 18 years of pastoral leadership experience in cities across
Canada, ten of which were spent planting churches in the Greater Toronto Area. Jon has a call, passion
and vision to help start and serve church planting movements for the transformation of cities in
Eastern Canada.
Andrew Lamme – City Catalyst, Toronto
Andrew brings a passion for serving visionary point leaders of communities and connecting them with
business leaders. Andrew's passion comes out of his experience as a church planting pastor and
denominational consultant.
